  Stayed there with my wife and 3 kids for 3 nights while visiting NYC. I was not impressed overall. I travel extensively on business and have stayed in a lot of different hotels over the years.
  The staff were very friendly and responsive to our requests. The room was clean and had a microwave and a fridge and was actually quite large, which was a pleasant surprise. The parking was very accessible and convenient. The shuttle bus ran frequently but was an experience to be sure.
  We could not find bed bugs so that was good.
  
  The motel itself seemed to be in a general state of disrepair.
  The sofa bed was structurally broken and a cot was offered in it's place.
  The TV remote did not work properly, i.e. the volume did not work at all.
  The door handle to the bathroom door fell off whenever it was pulled on at all.
  There was no security on the windows or screens either. As for security the outside door was set up for room key access but it was always wide open without a key.
  The shower never had hot water unless we called the front desk and mentioned it, this was consistent all of the time. The front desk staff mentioned it was a problem with the boiler falling asleep?
  There was a dark spot on the bathroom ceiling that either was mold or will be soon if not addressed.
  The room door appeared to have been kicked in at some point and had been repaired many times by the look of it.
  
  The biggest draw was the shuttle service which is actually just a small transit bus that has extremely loud music and almost no english peaking drivers. There was also no schedule and the stops were inconsistent.
  We waited for a bus for over 30 minutes Sunday morning until the front desk clerk mentioned we had to flag the bus down or it wouldn't stop.
