  We made an appointment for a home improvement consultation, we waited for a very long time but the person never showed up, they didn't give us a contact number in advance, so we called the store, they they there's no way they can contact with her and suggest us to wait, so ridiculous!!! Avoid Lowe's at any cost, totally a waste of time.
